Awards Ceremony «Teror is Love»

Awards ceremony of the «Teror is Love» contest at the Teror Library, Gran Canaria.

The Department of Culture of the Teror City Council and the Municipal Library have organized for the eighth consecutive year the love letter writing contest, “Teror is Love”, on the occasion of the celebration of Valentine's Day, which is commemorated every February 14th. The call is open to all audiences and consists of sending an unpublished love letter by postal mail to the address of the Municipal Library (C/ La Escuela, 1 – 35330 Teror), to arrive no later than Monday, February 16, 2026. Two letters will be awarded, one in the adult category with a gift voucher of 200 €; and another in the children's category (up to 12 years of age) with a gift voucher of 100 €.

Awards ceremony 👉 Friday, February 20, at 6:30 p.m., at the Teror municipal Library, accompanied by a performance by students 🎼 from the Teror Municipal School of Music.
