Talk — Writers« Roundtable: »Writing Against the Noise, Four Perspectives: The Map of Current Literature" at the Castillo de Mata Museum, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

Get ready for a unique cultural experience in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria! Under the slogan "The Rebellion of Geography," we invite you to a roundtable discussion with Sara Mesa, David Trueba, and Julio Llamazares, moderated by Manuel Jabois.

Capacity for 130 people.

Sara Mesa: One of the most admired Spanish narrators of her generation. Author of "Cicatriz," "Un amor," and "La familia," her incisive and disturbing literature has established her as an essential reference in contemporary narrative.

David Trueba: A writer, filmmaker, and journalist from Madrid, with one of the most versatile voices. Winner of the National Critics' Award for "Saber perder," he has turned literature into his own territory of sensitivity, irony, and generational perspective.

Julio Llamazares: One of the great literary voices of inland Spain and the memory of the landscape. Author of fundamental novels such as "Luna de lobos" and "La lluvia amarilla," he has made depopulation, nature, and melancholy into major themes of Spanish literature.
