Well, a promise is a promise… After the wonderful experience of the first edition and at the request of many of you, we are repeating. Here we have the second edition of Ballet Fit®: Friday, Flowers & Friends.

Come spend a Friday afternoon taking care of your body and mind, an afternoon to move, disconnect, share, and enjoy: Ballet Fit®, flowers, a delicious snack, and good company in an atmosphere you will love.

Here's the plan: Friday, June 26th at 6:30 PM. At La Casa de las Semillas, at C/ León y Castillo, 274. Ballet Fit® session with Tere Castellano, official Ballet Fit® instructor. Snack served on the terrace, you can choose your preference from various options.

It is suitable for anyone with no prior experience or limitations. We are going to dance, tone, and disconnect among friends, in a beautiful setting located in the city center, surrounded by flowers and very close to the sea.
