International Women's Day ULPGC

ULPGC International Women's Day at the Montaña Cardones University Campus, Arucas, Gran Canaria.

The University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, in collaboration with the Municipal Autonomous Body of Culture and the Municipal Artistic Schools of Arucas, commemorates International Women's Day on Friday, March 6, at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, starting at 12:00 p.m., with an institutional act that will include the reading of the Manifesto of the Network of Gender Equality Units for University Excellence (RUIGEU), and subsequently the presentation of the scenic proposal «I don't have the strength to give up», where music, dance, and song seek to move and promote reflection on equality and gender violence.

Admission is free and attendees are recommended to come dressed in black and with a violet accessory.
