Gastro – Special Tasting with Agustín Farráis at Vinófilos, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
Agustín García Farráis is a winemaker and manager of Bodegas Tajinaste, a family project from the La Orotava Valley (Tenerife) that produces wines linked to the volcanic landscape and native Canarian varieties. An agricultural engineer and winemaker, he has also worked in regions such as Bordeaux and Ribera del Duero, combining technical rigor and respect for the terroir.
In addition, he directs Vinófilos Tenerife, and for us it is a pleasure to have him in Gran Canaria leading this fantastic tasting with the wines he himself has made.
