Gastro – Trekking7 Christmas Dinner at El Sitio Ibérico, Vecindario, Santa Lucía, Gran Canaria.

As every year, this time the Trekking7 Christmas dinner will take place.

A dinner to remember the best moments lived in the mountains and share a pleasant time in good company.
The dinner will take place at 8:00 PM at the Sitio Ibérico restaurant in Vecindario. (punctuality is requested).

With a capacity for 40 people.
The dishes will be as follows:

To share for 4 people:
·Iberian Acorn-fed Ham.
·Creamy Croquettes.
· Thai Rice with Chicken and Prawns.

Main course to choose from:
· Pork Knuckle.
· Boneless Suckling Lamb Ingot.
· Fish with Toasted Garlic.
· Fried Saharan Squid.

Desserts:
·Cookie cream with coconut ice cream, strawberry and baked meringue.

Drink:
·Water, Beer and soft drink (two to choose from).
· A bottle of house white or red wine (Per every 4 people).
