Opening – «Collective Exhibition International Dance Day 2026»

Inauguration of the collective Exhibition International Dance Day 2026 at the Juan Ramón Jiménez Municipal Theater, Telde, Gran Canaria.

The Juan Ramón Jiménez Municipal Theater hosts a collective exhibition on the occasion of International Dance Day, organized by the Department of Culture of the Telde City Council and the Public Company Gestel, with the collaboration of the Municipal School of Music, Dance and Theater.

The exhibition, which will remain open to the public from April 10 to 30, brings together a prominent group of artists who, through different disciplines and styles, pay tribute to dance as a form of artistic expression.

The exhibition mainly features the participation of female creators from the Mujeres de Telde collective, including Ángeles Díaz León, Dori Ramírez Ventura, Emma Lemes Pérez, Esther Coco, Fátima Domínguez Martel, Inmaculada Hernández Suárez, Isidora Lorenzo Hernández, Lidia Díaz, Loli Vega Velázquez, Loly Valido Araña, Lou Solares Jiménez, Luisa Afonso, Makita Alonso Benítez, Nekane Melón, Paqui Álvarez Monzón, Pino Jiménez Guedes, Raquel Castillo Robayna, Yolanda Zurita Fleitas, Diamantita Iglesias, Concepción Cristo, Esther Benítez, María Dolores Suárez, Juana Suárez and Rachel AR.

Also participating are Eugenio Gil Quintana and Sari Tudisco Melián, members of the photographic collective Enfoques.

The exhibition can be visited from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00.
