The artistic project “Serenity in Chaos” arises from the alarming growth of mental health problems caused by stress and anxiety. The artistic process values the random and the unexpected, reflecting how stress often arises without warning. The forms that emerge in the work seek to visually represent tension and liberation, using the pictorial process to explore these emotions. It seeks to represent the duality of stress and calm in contemporary mental health.
