Workshop — «Together» at the Teror Tourist Information Center, Teror, Gran Canaria.
The Department of Equality of the Teror City Council will hold a day of physical activity aimed at adult women, as part of the Juntas project of the International Women's Day program in Teror.
The activity taught by Múdate Studio will offer barre, stretching, and mindfulness sessions. There will also be a space for tattoos, with symbols of female empowerment, taught by Aitana Sosa.
The day's program includes the following sessions:
Tattoo bar: from 10:00 to 13:30.
Barre: 10:30.
Brunch: 11:15 to 11:45.
Stretching and mindfulness: Session 1 from 11:45 to 12:30 and Session 2 from 12:45 to 13:40.
