Sessions — II Cycle of Geography and History Conferences at the Faculty of Geography and History, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

Time and territory: new readings from Geography and History. This cycle of conferences takes place from March 6 to 27 and has the collaboration of the Faculty of Geography and History, the Department of Historical Sciences and IATEXT.

The first session of the seminar will be on Friday, March 6, with the inaugural event at 11 am and, from 11:30 am to 1 pm, a round table will be held on ‘The state of research in the Canary Islands: opportunities and current affairs»' with the participation of Jafeth Alonso, General Director of Universities and Research of the Government of the Canary Islands; Marta García Cabrera, postdoctoral researcher and lecturer of the Degree in History at ULPGC; and Jonathan Santana, Director of Scientific Infrastructures and Open Science at ULPGC.
