Alfredo Maestro is one of the benchmarks of natural wine in Spain. Independent viticulturist and producer, he works with organic farming, minimal intervention, and fermentations with native yeasts, always seeking for the wine to express the vineyard without makeup.

In this masterclass, he will personally guide us through his project and his way of understanding wine.
