Narration — «Searching in the trunk of stories» at the Municipal Library of Gáldar, Gran Canaria.

The Municipal Library of Gáldar will host next Wednesday, June 10, at 6:00 PM, the oral narration show "Searching in the trunk of stories," a proposal aimed at families, brought by the scenic narration group Taller de Juglares.

The activity is part of the XIX "Días de cuentos" Oral Narration Circuit, promoted by the Department of Culture of the Cabildo de Gran Canaria through the Insular Library, with the collaboration of the Department of Historical Heritage, Archive, and Library of the Gáldar City Council.

Taller de Juglares presents a session of children's stories for the whole family, with Carmen Chacón, Carlos Jiménez, Paco Sosa, and Juan Antonio González.

Taller de Juglares is a renowned storytelling group created in 1995 that, since 2010, has been part of the Agüimes Storytellers Association. Throughout its career, it has brought the magic of oral narration to hospitals, senior centers, therapeutic communities, penitentiary centers, and cultural spaces throughout the Canary Islands. Furthermore, it regularly participates in oral narration and theater circuits and festivals, combining oral tradition, music, literature, and creativity on stage.
