Poetry — «Poetry Slam: Performance poetry and word duel» at Mata Castle, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

At #DíasdePoesía2026, the Mata Castle Museum hosts a very special edition of Poetry Slam Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, organized by @poetryslamlpgc : a gathering where poetry is spoken aloud. Emotion, presence, and the poem beating a thousand miles an hour.

The event also incorporates a special element: DJ Superseñorita, who will create atmospheres in dialogue with the poets, opening new ways to approach the word. As a grand finale to the event, we will feature the participation of the winner of the national Slam poetry, Annet Batlles @annet_____batlles , who will also officiate as the featured poet of the competition.

The format is organized in rounds: the poets present their texts and the audience selects the performances until the final, where the audience decides and becomes one more verse of the evening.
