Presentation of the Monograph «Manuel Ponce de León» at the Centro de Arte la Regenta, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
The Canary Islands Artists' Library publishes its volume nº 88, dedicated to Manuel Ponce de León, a multifaceted creator of the 19th century: painter, architect, pedagogue, and visionary of his city. His work and legacy come to life in a critical study by historian María de los Reyes Hernández Socorro, who invites us to get to know the man behind the art.

During the presentation, we will feature the participation of experts who know his work in depth: Horacio Umpiérrez, Deputy Minister of Culture of the Government of the Canary Islands; Carlos Díaz-Bertrana, Director of the Library; Javier Pueyo Abril, Curator; and Juan Ramón Gómez-Pamo, Researcher.
