Learn to cook the flavors of our land! Canarian Cuisine Workshop: Mojos and desserts with identity, an opportunity to discover and prepare traditional recipes from our land in a practical, creative, and fun way. The workshop is aimed at young people between 12 and 30 years of age. Places are limited.
Registration: 928 880 050 ext. 1311 / 1317. Applications are processed at the Casa de la Juventud, Calle Caifa s/n, from 09:00 to 13:00 h. Organized by the Department of Youth, headed by Antonio María Benítez Melián.
