• Session 1. The Sound Awakening
  • February 25 from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM – Nelson Mandela Auditorium. Casa África.
  • The podcast journey: Why this format is changing the way culture is shared and how it can boost your project or library. Auditory gymnastics: Critical listening exercises to understand what makes an audio «captivating». DNA Design: We define what you want to tell and for whom. We will develop a solid proposal. First contact: Voice-over techniques and real recording practice. We break the ice with the microphone

• Session 2: Crafting Stories
  • February 26 from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM – University Library of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria
  • Resonance box: Collective listening of the first takes. Constructive feedback to polish style and content. The script map: Difference between reading and speaking. Narrative structures that hook the listener from the first second. Creative writing: Lightning script workshop. We transform ideas into words to be heard. The big recording (30 min): We put what we've learned to the test by recording your final script with intention and technique.
