Dance therapy workshop «Movement in Feminine» at the Department of Equality, Arucas, Gran Canaria.

The Department of Equality Policies of the Arucas City Council is holding the dance therapy workshop "Movement in Feminine". A space for you, to move, feel, and reconnect with yourself.

The activity, free with prior registration, will take place on Tuesday, May 19, at 5:00 PM, at the Department of Equality, Plaza de los Derechos Humanos n.º 3. The workshop will last approximately two hours.

A proposal designed to offer participants a close, intimate, and caring space, where they can reconnect with themselves through movement and body expression. The activity is aimed at women interested in enjoying an experience of well-being and personal connection, with no prior experience required.

Through movement, breathing, and guided meditation, you will be able to release tension, connect with your body, and listen to what you feel. It will be an intimate space to pause, take care of yourself, and reconnect with yourself in a simple, free, and profound way.
