The "Art of Learning to Live" workshop series offers tools to set boundaries and foster respect.
The headquarters of the Popular University of Guía hosts this Wednesday, April 15, the workshop The art of respecting yourself, setting clear boundaries and learning to say no. This training is integrated into the project The Art of Learning to Live, a program of the Department of Equality, directed by Ruth Martín Rodríguez, designed to offer attendees practical tools that improve their quality of life from a holistic approach.
