Workshop — Cognitive stimulation and self-esteem through photography at the Gáldar Senior Club, Gran Canaria.

The Department of the Elderly of the Gáldar City Council, led by Dolores Delgado Jorge, will launch a new initiative framed within the Active Aging project, aimed at strengthening self-love, self-esteem, and the emotional well-being of the elderly in the municipality through therapeutic photography.

This innovative workshop proposes a comprehensive intervention that combines personal development, cognitive stimulation, and the creation of social bonds, using photography as a tool to promote self-knowledge, emotional expression, and the construction of a more positive and authentic self-image.

Workshop: Cognitive stimulation and self-esteem through photography. Aimed at retired and/or pensioner seniors over 60 years of age, registered in the municipality of Gáldar. Starting Friday, June 12, from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM, at the Gáldar Senior Club. Limited places.
