Workshop – Weights, Tenderness

Workshop «Weights, Tenderness, what a waste of love, how much madness!» taught by Abián Hernández at Yoga y Más, San Isidro de Gáldar, Gran Canaria.

In this workshop, space is offered to move from a soft place. We invite movement from the freedom of an available and present body, to develop it with improvisation.
We will enter the game of seeking our tenderness, helping ourselves with connection and weight towards the earth, as well as the cure of embracing for an instant what is tender, soft, and delicate.
