Borondona and his friends is a family show that travels through the eight Canary Islands through the music, legends, and heritage of the archipelago. With puppets, projections, and songs from the "Cancionero isleño" (Island Songbook), the proposal combines learning and fun for all ages.
Accompanied by characters such as Borondona, Drago Dragón, Timanfayo, Graciosa, Silbillo, Guayota, or Teneguía, the audience will discover essential stories and symbols of the Canary Islands: the Garoé, San Borondón, pirate attacks, Garajonay, volcanic eruptions, the Herreño drum, or the guirre. A musical and visual adventure that celebrates the cultural richness of our islands.
