Guided Tour — 3rd Ethnographic Route Cheeses and Shepherds of Guía at the Cheese House, Guía, Gran Canaria.
Registration open for the third ethnographic route ‘Cheeses and Shepherds of Guía’! On this occasion, we propose you explore the epicenter of cheese production and participate in a demonstration of artisanal Queso de Flor making at the Cheese House, where you can also enjoy a tasting of the three varieties of the Protected Designation of Origin: Queso de Flor de Guía, Queso de Media Flor de Guía, and Queso de Guía.
