Diabetes is part of the lives of many people and families. Knowing it better, sharing experiences, and learning small keys for self-care can make a big difference in health and quality of life.

From the Health Promotion Area of the Santa Lucía de Tirajana City Council, in collaboration with the ADIGRAN Association, we invite you to the talk: Diabetes and citizen participation: building health from the community. A close space to talk about information, self-care, and community support, and how together we can create environments that promote a healthier life.
