Presentation of the Book «Awareness of Food Waste. Utilization Recipe Book» in the Auditorium of the Canarias 7 Headquarters, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

One third of the food produced in the world ends up in the trash. At home, too, we probably throw away more than we think.

On Tuesday, May 12, at 7 p.m., the presentation will take place at Canarias 7 of the book promoted by our Cultural Hall of Science & Gastronomy and the Gastro Food Hub.
