Ambulant» is a large-format circus show that pays homage to the classic circuses of the 20th century. The show follows an itinerant circus company that arrives in a city looking for a place to set up its tent. The show combines live music, an elaborate staging, and various circus disciplines such as juggling, fixed bar, cyr wheel, and clown, with a poetic and intimate atmosphere.
The plot focuses on the daily life of this company, showing the relationships between its members, their infatuations, discussions, dances, and games. The show explores the idea of a «journey to nowhere» through the experience of this itinerant circus.
