Guayete is the new musical project by Guillermo Del Nero, a 29-year-old Canarian composer and artist who previously released music under the name Don Greeno. After exploring indie rock and bedroom pop, Guillermo takes a radical turn towards a more intimate sound universe rooted in his homeland.
His proposal draws from narratives of traditional island imagery with an alternative folk and experimental blues approach. On this new path, Guayete offers introspective songs that invite reflection, connection with the land, and the search for inner serenity.
