Concert – Fortunate Islands and Latin American lands

Concert «Fortunate Islands and Latin American lands« at the Premises of the AA.VV. Llano María Rivera, Santa Brígida, Gran Canaria.

The Santa Brígida City Council invites citizens to enjoy the concert “Word of Gran Canaria”, which will take place at the Cultural Center on January 16, at 8:30 PM.

The City Council of Villa de Santa Brígida, through the Department of Culture, invites to enjoy the guitar concert Fortunate Islands and Latin American lands by the musician Adrián Nuez Vera. The evening will take place at the Llano de María Rivera Neighborhood Association on Saturday January 17, at 6:00 PM. Admission is free.

The concert highlights the classical guitar as a solo instrument, through a repertoire inspired by Canarian folklore and Latin American music, two cultural realities united by a deep historical and migratory relationship. The repertoire is made up of works covering diverse genres such as isas, habaneras, joropos, tangos, and dances.
