European Cheese Fair

Fair – European Cheese Fair in La Aldea de San Nicolás, La Aldea, Gran Canaria.

The European Cheese Fair arrives in La Aldea de San Nicolás. Two days dedicated to cheese lovers where they will find cheese dairies, tastings, concerts and various activities.

The schedule will be:
– March 7: 10:00 to 19:00 hours.
– March 8: 10:00 to 15:00 hours.

A great plan to come with family, with friends… or to treat yourself to a cheesy tribute with no excuses 😌

Program:

Saturday, March 7:

🕙 10:00 h.: Tasting “Pantry of Flavors” in La Alameda Square, organized by the Government of the Canary Islands, the Cabildo of Gran Canaria and the City Council of La Aldea de San Nicolás.
🕙 10:00 h.: Inauguration of the exhibition “Women in Capital Letters” at the Senior Citizens' Center.
🕚 11:00 h.: Institutional act with tribute to women (8M) and awards ceremony. La Alameda Square.
🕛 12:00 h.: Live music with Paco Guedes and Guarasón.
🕒 15:00 h.: Day Carnival in the vicinity of the Plaza of the Canarian Foundation Community Project of La Aldea.
🕕 18:00 h.: Parade through the streets of the Market and the European Cheese Fair.

Sunday, March 8

🕙 10:00 h.: Tastings “Pantry of Flavors”
🕧 12:30 h.: Concert by Germán López
🕒 15.00 h.: Closing
