Fair – XII Maspalomas Costa Canaria Tourism Forum at ExpoMolenores, San Bartolomé de Tirajana, Gran Canaria.
The XII Maspalomas Costa Canaria Tourism Forum, organized by the San Bartolomé de Tirajana City Council through its Department of Tourism, focuses its 2025 edition on gastronomy as the soul of the tourist experience, with the motto “Gastronomy with soul: people who build the destination”. This edition highlights the professionals of restoration and hospitality —chefs, waiters, head waiters, and all the staff who attend to visitors— as true ambassadors of the destination, emphasizing that true tourism success is not based only on landscapes, but on human quality and service that turn each visit into an unforgettable memory.
