In the magic library of Storyville, the forgotten characters have lost all hope of being read again. The Steadfast Tin Soldier, Thumbelina, Willi Fog, the Tooth Mouse, and the Vain Little Mouse gather with a feeling of resignation, accepting their fate of being trapped within the confines of the library forever.

A magical breeze announces the arrival of Mary Poppins at the crucial moment, who offers them her help, thanks to which they realize that, even if they are not read by the outside world, they have the power to create their own stories and live their own adventures.
