Workshop – Learn Macrame

Workshop «Learn Macramé» with @iddadecor at Espai Art Studio, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

In this weekly workshop, you will discover the basic knots and how to transform them into unique pieces: tapestries, plant hangers, bags, or accessories made by you. A space to reconnect with craftsmanship and let creativity flow.

Francesca De Rienzo is an Italian costume designer and stylist, trained at La Sapienza (Rome) in Costume Design for Performance and History of Photography, and at the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome in Textile Design.

She has 16 years of experience in film, theater, and music, and has taught macramé and other textile arts workshops in Rome, Naples, and Venice. She is the creator of IDDA, her line of reversible backpack-bags and macramé pieces made with reused fabrics.
