Next December 3rd from 10:00 to 14:00, in classroom 4 Kitchen Facilities of the Popular Park, the “Conscious Cooking” workshop will take place.

This workshop addresses the relationship with food and its emotional and social component, eating patterns and habits, which condition the decisions we make as consumers that impact our health and the environment.

This impact will be addressed and how to make it as positive as possible, by practicing mindfulness to the sensations that appear in the choice, preparation, and ingestion of food.
