Fandango Reloaded Dance Workshop: An Approach I at the Obelisco Campus (ULPGC) – Aulario Gymnasium, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
The company Inka Romaní offers a dance workshop on May 15th, in parallel with the performance at the Teatro Guiniguada (on the 16th). It will be held at the ULPGC, under the title Fandango Reloaded: an approach. The gymnasium of the Obelisco Campus of the ULPGC will host this workshop, which is offered within the framework of the Bailar los campus project, promoted by the University in collaboration with the Cabildo de Gran Canaria, Peso Producciones, and Teatro Guiniguada, with the aim of disrupting university life, bringing new ways of expressing movement into their daily lives.

Workshop description
Fandango Reloaded: an approach is an intergenerational dance workshop, open to all levels, in which we will explore the choreographic language of the piece. Through movement, we will combine urban, traditional, and contemporary dance, creating a space for meeting, enjoyment, and experimentation.
Inka Romaní
Inka Romaní is a dancer and creator. In 2019, she received the Me, Myself & I award at the 33rd edition of the Certamen Coreográfico de Madrid. She has been an artist in residence at KVS in Brussels, at La Licorera – Cali Dance Biennial (Colombia), at El Graner (Barcelona), La Briqueterie CDCN, Cité Internationale des Arts, and is currently an artist in residence at K3 – Zentrum für Choreographie (Hamburg). She has presented her work in contexts such as the Dansa València Festival, La Casa Encendida, IVAM, the Centre del Carme de Cultura Contemporània, the Centre Cívic Barceloneta, Conde Duque, the Teatre Rialto, the 10 Sentidos Festival, La Mutant, and Tanz im August.
