Workshop — Emotional intelligence at the Josefina de la Torre Library, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
The workshop aims to foster self-knowledge, emotional management, and improved relationships. Participants will learn to manage stress, communicate effectively, and make balanced decisions using practical tools applicable to daily life. Astrology will be used as a symbolic tool for self-knowledge, helping to understand emotional patterns through the interpretation of the birth chart from an astro-psychological approach.
