Workshop — Balance Workshop for young people from Agüimes at Urban Planet – 7 Palmas Shopping Center, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
Description: Practical workshop on balance and body control, learn or perfect different postures, using your own body with the guidance of a professional.
This workshop is exclusive for young people aged between 14 and 30 years old. The program seeks to encourage physical exercise and active leisure in a safe and dynamic environment.
The period for free registration begins on February 26th and ends on March 5th, or until limited spots are filled. This initiative is part of the program of the Youth Department of the Agüimes City Council to offer healthy entertainment alternatives outside the municipality.
